Do you pick a word of the year?
 
I always make resolutions I don't keep. Make a list of wants to change in the new year... to only add a ton of pressure on myself. This year I said ENOUGH is Enough! 
Thats when I realized my word this year is going to be ENOUGH!
I am ready to start this year with grace and courage that I am Enough!
